What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

Credit card, paypal, US checks and US money orders. Please contact us if you would like to pay via money order or check and we send you our shipping address. Please know that payment must be cleared before your item may be mailed out. We do not accept international checks and money orders.

How Long Will It Take To Make And Ship My Order?

All orders are handmade to order. Our production time is 3-5 business days after payment has been made (usual business days are Monday-Friday).

Can My Order Be Made And Shipped Sooner Than Quoted?

It’s possible. Just send us a message via our contact page and depending on our workload, we’ll see if we can squeeze in your order sooner than our usual time frame.

Do You Offer Wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please either message us via our Contact page or email us at pauline@rarebirddesigns.com for more info. Please do include your store name, website, and info about your business.

We want make it easy to stock our products in your shop! Once we’ve established our wholesale terms and agreement, you’ll be granted a wholesale buyer account which will display our wholesale prices for online ordering.

What Are Your Shipping Options? How Long Does Shipping Take?

US customers can choose from USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), USPS Express Mail (1 business day).

International orders are sent via USPS International First Class mail (2-3 weeks), but can sometimes take longer depending on other factors, such as getting held up in customs or during the busy holiday season, etc.

Local customers can contact us if they’d like to arrange a time to pick up the order from our home studio.

How Much Are Your Shipping Costs? How Can I Save On Shipping?

Once you add an item to you shopping cart, you can view the cart to see the shipping costs for your order. We do not charge more shipping for additional items, so the more you buy, the more you save on shipping. Furthermore, we offer free shipping for orders over $100. This applies to customers worldwide!

International Buyers – Please Note:

* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

* Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

What Are Your Packaging And Gift Wrap Options?

All orders are already packaged in a Rare Bird gift box and tied with string. Multiple items are packaged in 1 gift box, so if you need a separate gift box for each item, please make a note of that in the message box during checkout. If you’d like to leave a little message to be tied to the gift box, please leave that in the message box during checkout as well. We’d be happy to include it for you 🙂

Can I Track My Package?

You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking number. Please feel free to track it there. If you made an account with us, you can also track your package by logging in to your account on our website and clicking the Track Your Order link in the top right of the page.

How Can I Return A Product?

We accept returns on your item within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please ship it back to the return address on your package.
